Fluensee is a pre-launch platform connecting content creators with brands for collaborative projects. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through our waitlist at fluensee.io.

2. What data we collect

When you sign up to our waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address

We do not collect your name, payment information, or any other personal data at this stage. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics on this page.

3. How we use your data

We use your email address solely to:

• Add you to our waitlist
• Notify you when Fluensee launches or when beta access becomes available
• Send occasional updates about the platform (you can opt out at any time)

We will never use your email for unrelated marketing or pass it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. How your data is stored

Waitlist submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet, accessible only to the Fluensee team. Data is transmitted via Google Apps Script over HTTPS. Google's infrastructure is used solely as a storage layer — Google does not use this data for its own purposes.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties, advertisers, or data brokers. Your email address is used exclusively by the Fluensee team for the purposes described in Section 3.

6. How long we keep your data

We retain your email address until Fluensee launches or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. Once the platform is live, you will be given the option to create an account or have your data removed.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data at any time
• Withdraw your consent to being contacted

8. Legal basis for processing

We process your email address on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the waitlist form. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Fluensee develops. If we make material changes, we will notify waitlist members by email before they take effect. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
